Nice place, but no hot water

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The apartment is in a great location, the maintenance is very responsive and it is overall run very well. However, there is very little hot water between 7:30-8:00. I was told they were working on it about three months ago, but still have not noticed a change. Parking is a little pricey as well at $125/mo. Most other places include at least one space in their monthly rent.
