Overpriced, aweful service, bad management

The apartments are definetely overpriced, especially when compared to Morgan Manor (ctbestapts.com) and Avalon (when they have a promotion going). Since the pool is in the middle of the building, during summer the building get too loud - certain residents invite relatives from Bronx, and it becomes unbearable - although rules specifically mention that only residents may spend the time by the pool. The management of the building does not enforce its own rules and overall DOES NOT CARE. Management office hours are inconvinient, and often noone is there for no apparent reason.Security is minimal, since parking gates are a lot of times wide open. This is how I got my bike stolen, although I was reassured "it was safe to leave it in the garage". I STRONGLY RECOMMEND LOOKING ELSEWHERE.
