I've spoken to other tenants in the building, and you would be surprised how much deviation there is in price. Some are paying 1300 for a 1 bedroom, some are paying 1800 for the same 1 bedroom, and I even met a couple who was paying 1700 for a 2 bedroom. The management people are very slick, you will see, when it comes time to renew your lease, they will raise your rent. If you plan on staying, you will agree to the higher rent, and get shafted. If you tell them you are leaving, they offer this that and the other thing to get you to stay which includes (bigger apt, parking spots, and REDUCED rent!). Also, as mentioned before, maintenance crew sucks, grounds are a mess, grills are nasty, broken doors, leaks everywhere. Did I mention that my car was broken into once, window smashed, radio and radar detector stolen. All because the gates are ALWAYS open!
