The Fairfield overall is a great choice. Low deposit, good amenities, great staff(Wanda). Had a little mark on the carpet when I moved in and 2 days later had new wall to wall carpet. One tile was chipped in the kitchen and now am getting a complete new floor! So far I cant complain as this had been one of my better experiences. The location is great and the apartments are nice.

That's an absolute lie! When we moved here, we had a six month old baby, and they REFUSED to vacuum the carpets which had DOG POOP on them. The patio door was ALL SHATTERED and they claimed they didn't know about it - in fact the manager even suggested we broke it ourselves!! They took THREE weeks to put in a new glass door... with my baby starting to crawl, do you know what we had to go thru!! They used white paint to cover up the previous tenant's major oil spills and grime on the kitchen countertops, and when I complained about a filthy kitchen, they sent in a horrible cleaning service, the girl STOOD WITH HER SHOES ON THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOP when I asked her to clean the overhead cabinets. This place is the dump. Save your money.

Why would I lie, just telling it like it is. If the place sucked I would say that it sucked, but my experience has been good. Got new carpets and now a new kitchen floor. Only bad thing I can say is that I can hear the heavy footed person upstairs walking late at night.
