For a top tier apt go to avalon
Pros
-Price is not bad
-Corporate Discount
-Good maintenance
Cons
-Can hear child above us run around
-Mediocre staff
-Gym is mediocre at best
-Vent do not evenly distribute heat at all
-Lease office hours. (they recently extended the hours, but before for a normal working person, it is impossible to visit them)
Overall my stay was alright. No real complaints but not overimpressed. Try to live high up to avoid noise and avoid the lower corner units (145) they have recently flooded and in another flash flood will flood again.
Parking Lot seems safe but beware... An old tenant had her Honda civic that was placed on paint cans and her wheels stolen. This is unacceptable and should be an easy fix with 3 or 4 cameras
