The office staff could be the dumbest people going. I move in 3 months ago. They screwed up my parking space and I almost got towed the first night I was there. Also I move into an APT with Broken Blinds, a broken Dryer, The bathroom cabinets are chipped and warped. I have requested this be fixed but its only half done.
Now the screw up my original move in bill. I pay them exactly what i was told to for move in security and first month rent. Well it turns out they mis billed me and want ME to pay late charges for their mistake.
I even said fine you gys messed up I'll pay the difference I dont care, and they still refuse to take off a late charge.

I have had my share of headaches with the office staff... I got hit with a late charge for their lack of accounting knowledge. They send you a bill every month and you are supposed to pay it in full.. Common knowledge, but in my case they didn't charge me for a small portion of some fee. They realized there mistake 2 months later and tacked it onto my new bill, (which i was fine with) and then a late charge... Talk about rediculous...
Screw you office staff, learn how to use your accounting books, im glad im not the only one that has dealt with your stupidity
