The Fairfield

The amount of rent they charge for these apartments is a sin. If the apartment complex was maintained it wouldn't be that bad but, garbage everywhere - people don't clean up after themselves or their pets so there is dog doo everywhere. I paid over 1900.00 a month for a one bedroom apartment and imagine my surprise when I found out that other families weren't paying half that much. Aparently they accept Government assistance and the quality of people who receive it do not belong in the same building as peolpe paying full rent. These people with the Goverment Assistance let there kids run and play in the halls - pull the fire alarms - torture any poor animal that gets in there path. Now let me tell you about the pool. Everybody in the city uses this pool - they let their kids go in the water with dirty diapers - and then the dirty diapers wind up at the bottom of the pool. The water is green and cloudy most days and to top it off if you park in the garage under the pool - your car gets covered with pool water. The grills are disgusting - the grease is inches thick and the staff - forget it. They don't care. You can complain, you can beg - nothing ever gets done. It is supposed to a Secure Buiilding but the gates are always open to the public - not only to the garages but the exterior entry doors as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. No storage - no linen closet - toilets constantly back up. Do yourself a favor - STAY AWAY FROM THE FAIRFIELD - I forgot to tell you about the roaches - I lived in the building for almost a year and never saw one then I got new neighbors and they brought the roaches with them. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
