Welcome to Siberia

I stay at a sister concern called Morgan Manor, the heating is the same here. It is extremely cold during winter, they have never attempted to repair their heating system, despite numerous complaints. Yes the heat is free, but there is rarely any. Also on the rare occasions when they turn the heat on during night, they broil you too.
