The managment will make you feel sub-human. Building is very old so every thing is always breaking. Prospect Street is very noisy if you have the misfortune of living street side. The parapit on the back of the building collapsed dropping bricks and debris all over cars below from 4 stories up... residents evacuated... even made the local news.

A clerical error in accounting last January led to my recieving a notice to pay rent or quit. Even though my rent was paid on time, and the managment company had CASHED my check 10 days prior. When they discovered their erorr I didn't even get an apology.

The maintenence is useless. Expect one month turn around on any request, if you're diligent enough to call and remind them weekly.

One Saturday I discovered a pipe in the parking garage was leaking a corrosive liquid on my vehicle. I went to the leasing office to request a new space, and was treated to the leasing agent turning her back on me and walking away, after stating that they don't handle parking and I'd have to call the corporate office on Monday.

Don't make the mistake I did of signing a lease with these SLUM-LORDS. You'll be sentencing yourself to a year in prison if you do.
