Many of the things that were broken with the apartment remained broken when I moved out, even though we had informed maintenance about the problems over a dozen times. The 24 hour maintenence phone line is deceptive -- it's actually an answering service, and they'll only take your message.

Maintenance RARELY addresses your messages regarding problems, regardless of the scale of the issue. They'll tell you things like "We'll be back tomorrow" and never show up again. And to top it off, towards the end they sent me a notice which basically gave me a week to decide whether or not I'm moving out or renewing my lease, and to tell them the exact date that I'll be leaving.

And, they threatened, if I don't return the letter to them by 60 days before the lease expires, they will charge me a $200/month fine. Note: they gave me the letter about 66 days before my lease expired...

To summarize, you're better off staying away from ANY complex run by Ceebraid-Signal... I wish I had read reviews on them before moving in...
