they have a serious pest control problem here...i've lived in the building for a few years and overall, enjoyed the experience however i am finally moving out because i can no longer tolerate the increasingly evident pest problem. the maintenance is glacially slow but courteous. the leasing office representatives are hit or miss but are generally willing to help you out (when you really need something taken care of). i would recommend this apartment IF the pest problem wasn't an issue but it is and it causes problems once you move because you have to pest-bomb all your belongings so you don't transfer the problem to a new place!
if they could get the pest problem under wraps, this place would be A but until then, renter beware.
