If you have a pet which is supposedly one of the amenities. I hope that you do not have a dog. Notice that when you ask the leasing agent, who I can say is very professional compared to the drips that you find at the avalon communities in the stamford area, she will avoid the question about where you will walk your dog. There is absolutely nowhere to take your animal outside. The community is very clean except at the south end of all halls which stink of the garbage. Do not I repeat do not choose an apartment near the trash areas. They totally stink to high heaven. There really are no amenities except for a super crampt fitness center and the appliances in the community are very basic. But if you are looking for secure cheap place to rent this is it. It is nothing but that.
