I've lived here for approximately 1 year. Initially, I had some issues with the down stairs neighbor but he moved. Management was very reasonable trying to resolve a difficult situation. Since he moved, EXCELLENT. Staff is SUPER FRIENDLY !!!! Repair service is quick and maitenance personnel are very friendly. A tad on the expensive side but worth the extra money and probable not that much expensive than other similiar properties. However, I got a move in special of $100 off... so this offset some of the expense. NICE gym and business center. I guess if I had a complaint, I'd say that they could pay for some services that seem to be paid by other complexes (trash, gas, and water). Again, this shouldn't deter you from renting here. My lease is coming up in a few months so as long as they don't up the rent some ungodly amount.... Im here for the long term. If they do... you'll hear from me again. :)
