I don't know if it is because of the new management, but everybody is really nice in the leasing office (even after I signed my lease). They bring your boxes to you when they arrive, the greet you with your name every time they see you.
The parking is good. One spot was included in the rent and there is visitor parking for friends that come to visit you.
I would have liked some system to open the main entrance from the apartment, rather than having to walk to greet visitors in.
Noise wise, I find the place very quiet even though it is very close to the police station.
Gym, movie room, common room, patio are all nice. A pool would have been nice too tho.
Maintenance is very responsive. Our dishwasher had a problem with the drying agent and the guy came the next morning and while cleaning up he noticed the motor wasn't operating to standards so he changed the entire thing.
I don't know how old is the construction but it looks good. Not too noisy, even though you can hear when the AC turns on, or if the neighbors are having a party.
Overall I think this is a very nice place. I moved when they had a great offer for moving in, and price wise was even cheaper to similar apartment complexes in downtown.
