it is good so I recently moved in. saw this place a couple years ago. it was bad. i like the remodel job. the office staff was nice and tried to get me in when I needed to move fast. I wanted the maintenance to come by and check some stuff and they came by fast. not a lot of places for my dog

They always rip you off We have lived here for more than 4 years and even though the same apartment costs less than 50% of our rental, there has been no consideration at all. The worst part is the rip off from the 12 month lease rental, go elsewhere unless you have money to throw

Perfect Place to Call Home! Love it! These apartments are the best I have checked out alot of them in the area and this is the only one where the staff, knew what they were doing. I actually met the property manager and she was such a sweetheart, she took her time in explaining everything

Great Apartment, Great Location This apartment complex is great and very safe. The neighborhood behind it is a little run down however the neighborhood south and east of the building provides a great, quick walk into down town. I am a young woman and I feel very safe in this neighborhood.
