How many things can I complain about'''

First of all, the apartments are gross. Not well maintained, the inside walls are wood paneling, infested with spiders. The windows are in the process of being replaced, as well as the siding, however, after almost 6 months, our drafty windows have not yet been removed. Two of our neighbors have had their front porches rot so badly that they were no longer connected to the front of the building.

Also--about the spiders: we have had SO MANY that we called to see if they would fumigate. HOWEVER, they only help if the spiders are (and I quote), "at least a few inches in diameter--the body, that is." GROSS.

The floors are NOT carpeted. They are that gross tile you see in schools, but brown. No matter how many times we mop, the floor is still dirty in the corners and around the edges.

Snow removal is a joke. They plow the road once or twice during a storm, and often fail to plow driveway areas--or they plow into the back of your car.

We received a letter once stating that we could not keep our bycicles out front (even though we rode them to school every day--they were only there at night) because the company was "desperately trying to maintain the appearance of the apartment complex." WHAT A JOKE!!!!

I can hear my amorous neighbors. enough said.

The lighting is awful and unsafe. Out gutter was falling off the roof, clogged so badly that it was leaking on the walkway of our porch and causing dangerous ice, and they refused to put in a flood light.

The grounds are a mess. The grass was not mowed for almost a month and a half after we moved in (in AUGUST), and the grass was almost up to our knees.

I know it's cheap, but IT"S NOT WORTH IT!!!
