I do admit this place is inexpensive, but you must remember that it is electric heat, and they are heated floors, so to keep it heated at 65 degrees, you're are looking at a 250 dollar electric bill a month. The worst thing about this apartment is the upkeep, first they never rake the leaves so there are leaves infront of your door at all times, and when you open the door, all the leaves rush in, second, the floors in the apartment are brown, dingy, broken tiles, which if you dont have a carpet can look extremely awful. The walls are wood, which looks nice when you first move in because it gives it a rustic cabin look, but you shortly realize that it only adds to the darkness and depressing feel of the apartent. The snow removal is ok, but could be better, and the staff is nice enough, but also could be better. I feel sorry for whoever lives in this complex. On a lighter note, UCONN is walking distance.
