Let me start off by saying that this place was decent my first year here. They were pretty decent with cutting the lawn, the rent was about right in terms of the other near UConn apts and I didn't have any major repair problems. By the second year they raised the rent--and would do it next year to $625 for a 1 bedroom--and offered less services. Lawn once got up to two feet high, the septic tanks flooded my apartment twice, and one of the windows they held together by duct tape fell onto me and cut me up to the point I had to go to the hospital and still have the scars. The spider problems sadly weren't exaggerated by the other reviewers and the staff is only nice to you as long as you never have a problem with them. Avoid this dump at all costs.
