The rent is on the cheap side for housing around campus, until you turn the heat on. the apts are so drafty your heating bill will be upwards of $300 dollars a month. The staff in the FPI,i mean New England Realty building are HORRIBLE. No one knows what the hell they are doing, one person says one thing and another person tells you something else. we had a slight problem that turned into a major fiasco unnecessarily. oh, and good luck getting a hold of them, their office hours are ridiculous to get to for anyone who has class or a job, and they regularly are not their when they say they are.
oh yeah, and our apt got broken into and the police said it's because FPI never had a proper door on in the first place, so it never properly locked, so the robber just walked right in. do you think they relplaced our missing things'' no.
