Overpriced, but what apt close to UCONN isn't - Yes this place is expensive, but almost all the apartments close to UCONN are(with the exception of two places). Renwood is approx. less than 2 miles to campus so it's very convenient. The bad part is that the bedrooms are so small, if you're moving in from dorms, then it shouldn't be a problem though. Cat World Knollwood was alright to live in. There were too many cats that always found there way into my apartment and ate the food from my fridge. Also bad smell of sewer...or maybe that was the dying cats. They had their own army it seemed. Alos there were families of 15 living in one bedroom

Terrible Place to live. These apartments are absolutely awful. In the winter they are extremely drafty. There are spiders everywhere. They are dirty and depressing and everything is broken. The bathroom is disgusting, there is nowhere to put things around the sink as it is simply a sink

Its redeeming quality = UCONN walking distance I do admit this place is inexpensive, but you must remember that it is electric heat, and they are heated floors, so to keep it heated at 65 degrees, you´re are looking at a 250 dollar electric bill a month. The worst thing about this apartment
