Loved it and I miss it - I stayed here from summer 2010 till summer 2011. This 1 year of living at Knollwood apartment was absolutely great. Walking distance to UConn, spacious community, nice and clean apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Cat World Knollwood was alright to live in. There were too many cats that always found there way into my apartment and ate the food from my fridge. Also bad smell of sewer...or maybe that was the dying cats. They had their own army it seemed. Alos there were families of 15 living in one bedroom

Not worth it. The rent is on the cheap side for housing around campus, until you turn the heat on. the apts are so drafty your heating bill will be upwards of $300 dollars a month. The staff in the FPI,i mean New England Realty building are HORRIBLE. No one knows what the hell they are
