When first looking at the apartments, it was quite apparent how friendly and welcoming the staff was.
They were honest and very pleasant, and were quite knowledgeable about apartments in general and this complex specifically.
Even after they had "made the sale", throughout the year they have continued to be so sweet, helpful and professional.
I was welcomed into the community in a friendly and supportive fashion.
The few times I have encountered difficulties within the apartment (such as a minor issue of the hot and cold water lines for the washing machine being reversed) repair services were extremely prompt and the problem was corrected immediately.
Never have I met people who truly care so much about their tenants!
The apartments themselves are absolutely amazing.
They are some of the cleanest, well kept and efficient apartments I have encountered.
The apartments are very homey and comfortable to live in and to entertain in.
The neighbors are all friendly and you can come and go with a feeling of safety and community.
I would HIGHLY recommend Ivy Woods Apartments to anyone that is looking for a clean, comfortable, welcoming apartment complex!
