I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and I can easily say that Ivy Woods has been the absolute best so far. Ivy Woods is located in a very quiet, peaceful area of Tolland, with very easy acess to I-84. The apartments are very well built and well laid out. It's hard to find apartments that are well laid out, with good size rooms, but Ivy Woods has it all. I was also very surprised at how quiet the apartments are. I almost never heard any noise from surrounding units, which is impressive considering what other apartments are like. The grounds are kept up exceptionally well, and snow removal in the winter is excellent. Often times I would notice the staff clearing the lots of snow all day long just to get it as clear as possible. In the warmer months the property is kept up very well. Overall the staff is exceptional! The last reviewer that rated them a 10 out of 10 is absolutely correct. If you contact them for anything, either by phone or email, you will get an immediate response. In the rare chance you need something in your apartment serviced, they address is same or next day (depending of course on the time of day you make the request). Overall, I have absolutely loved my two years at Ivy Woods and would recommend Ivy Woods to anyone looking for an apartment in the area. The only reason I am leaving is for work reasons, otherwise I would renew my lease in a second!
