This place is the best apartment complex in the area. The apartments are clean and attractive, there?s plenty of parking, and the maintenance staff does a great job.



We had a problem with our dishwasher and called the rental office, and they sent someone the same day to fix it.



Also, the staff is ALWAYS out working on things, like landscaping in the summer, plowing and shoveling in the winter, etc. The rental office even gives out Christmas presents every year!



The rent is high, but it?s typical of the area. There are several other complexes around here, and they all charge a lot because they can - there is a high demand for apartments from UConn students. But NW is much more quiet and relaxed than other complexes - there aren?t many loud parties and the grounds aren?t littered with beer cans and garbage.



We have an apartment w/ loft, and it comes with a dishwasher and three air conditioners.



The only bad thing that I can think to mention is that there are no pets allowed here, and they are very strict about it. Only bad if you have/want pets.
