After living here 1 year I find this place to be one of the better UConn locations. You'll be thankful for the free heat and hot water, plus the grounds are always very well kept and snow quickly shoveled/plowed. Sometimes in the fall the guys with leafblowers might wake you up at 8am if you have late classes.

Parking is fine, there are no pets and no kids allowed, so its usually very quiet until a party weekend comes to UConn about 2-3 weekends a year.

Because the first floor places don't have baseboards, I have had to squish a bug here and there in the summertime.

Maintenance is always very fast, the office even helped me over the phone when i had fuse box problems that were very easy to fix.

My friends are always saying how large my place is. I often reply, you get what u pay for, cause although price isn't cheap, its certainly better than whats around here.

Location is great too, Big Y and the highway are about 5 mins away. Dunkin donuts is 2 mins down the street. CVS, a few Banks, and UConn about 10 mins away.

They did have some burglaries this summer. I was concerned about the local security, but i haven't heard any problems since.

Lastly, this is the only apartment i've ever lived in where they gave out free holiday cookies as gifts to their tennents. Yumm
