If you live in one of the recently refurbished apartments they are pretty nice (except the flood lights in the bathroom). Cold air does leak through the slider and windows but you don't pay for heat or hot water. Management is NOT very responsive unless it is a problem they think will damage the place. Our apartment was broken into because we left the window open (our fault) but we found it is common so you HAVE to lock your windows (duh). It has been 3 months since we have asked them to replace the screen on the window (case and point of maintenance). The washers and dryers are AWFUL and are usually broken. Don't use the storage facilities, they flood. Overall it is one of the nicer places to live off campus because it is about 7-10 minutes away, but it is more expensive. MUCH nicer than Woodhaven, and Walden (in my opinion) and quieter. Lock your windows and doors and you will be fine.
