I have lived here for 3 years andhave no plans on leaving. The rent is high.. All Avalon buildings are. But the accomodations are first class. The best reason to live here though is single women. In the three years I have been here,I have met,dated, and hooked up with four girls. The first was a 25 year old salesperson. Next was the 23 year old grad student. In the past year, this 42 year old (with the 39 inch waist) has hooked up with a 19 and 20 year old (both local college students and both blonde and model quality). I met the 19 year old at the pool and the 20 year old lives near my unit. Not a bad place to live at all. The pool in the summertime is full of bikini clad coeds, some taking classes, some working jobs here. I love this place!
