For the price, it's almost a bargain.

Good points: It's attractive, bug-free, fairly quiet, there aren't too many kids, management is half-decent, and parking is never a problem.

Bad points: It's across the street from Bridgeport (hence the name and the gate at the front), they do have a few "income-qualified" tenants, and the maintainence staff is nothing to brag about. Also, contrary to what the last reviewer said, this is not some kind of singles joint...

So, as long as you don't mind the fact that you'll most likely never meet your (probably non-existent) neighbors, it's not too bad.
