Avalon Bay Communities have got to be the worst places on this planet to live in. I will be moving out shortly, breaking my lease to do so, and I will not pay them a single red cent when I do. Go ahead and sue me, I have every single damn nightmare you have created for me documented on paper, and on tape. Yes, it is legal to tape a conversation in person, and not let the other person know you are taping them. I have every maintenance request logged and the actual date it was fixed. I have a very strong case and i will not lose. So see ya later Avalon, I'm moving into a much better place than this --------!!
