This place goes DOWN big time

I was long term resident of Avalon Gates.

It gets worse by day.

We had some good people there at bigining who slowely vacated and left place as prices where getting higher and higher.....

Then new management came - they droped prices recently (just temporary) to suck in new people.

And this people are not same contingent.

Pool is total mess with types you wouldn't be pleased to share pool god knows from where they get in - my guess would be "Guests" of new residents.

No Pizza parties any more small but pleasent thing for kids.

Place gets dirtier.....

Management has no respect of their residents at all.
