I HATE THIS PLACE!

College students who rent via Sacred Heart University have turned this community into an overpriced and under supervised dorm. One night at 2AM, a drunken student shouting angry obscenities attempted to break down my door while looking for his girlfriend. The police had to come and break up the drunken brawl that ensued.

The bug issue is ridiculous and management does nothing. When I moved I mentioned an exterminator and they brought me a can of Raid.

From September ? December the new crop of college students will walk from apartment to apartment at 2AM shouting, take up all the parking spots with their parties, and they scream obscenities at drivers who stop at stop signs or drive at the posted speed limits.

A 7-year-old friend of my daughter was almost abducted by a passing car while walking across the parking lot to her home.

The gate guard will let anyone through the gate if they cannot reach the resident when they call, but they won?t let residents or parcel deliveries in.

Angry neighbors have vomited on my welcome mat and thrown eggs at my door.

The management has never followed up about my numerous concerns with the wiring in the apartment, which I believe is a fire hazard.

About a year ago there was a HUGE fire that burned down one building and took 5 fire trucks to put out ? fire trucks have been here at least a dozen times in the last few years. Some of the outdoor lighting was broken with exposed wires for over two months and it took a dozen calls to get them to fix it.

Very high rent for what you get, as they claim to be a luxury community, but the apartment is poorly crafted. Too close to Bridgeport.

I have hated this place since I moved in and can?t wait to get out.
