Ive lived at Avalon Gates for approx. 5 months now and love it. The management is great, i dont find them snotty at all as some people have said. Anything i had a problem with was fixed that same day. Rent is fair price for this area. Lots of kids, which i like since i have 2 of my own. Very diverse, which is a nice change. Most people seem pretty friendly, but there are some snotty ones. I plan to stay here for a few years and would recommend it to anyone moving to the area.
