I lived at Avalon Gates for 2 years now and hate it and can not wait until my daughter is out of the school district so I can move.

They charge you for every little thing and raise your rent every year 10%, the staff is rude and has even been rude to my 13 year old daughter.

They install a light colored carpet so you are bound to get a stain or 2 on it and when you move out they will charge you to install new carpet.

The pool is always dirty and looks like pubic hairs and bugs floating in it.I see no one ever skimming pool
