DO NOT MOVE HERE You get lured in by reasonable rent, once your lease is up for renewal they increase your rent over $350 or more. Rents are way high for where the complex is located, do not get fooled by the Trumbull address...you are living on Bridgeport...trust me.

Not too bad For the price, it´s almost a bargain.
Good points: It´s attractive, bug-free, fairly quiet, there aren´t too many kids, management is half-decent, and parking is never a problem.

Infested with moles. I lived here at avalon Gates in Trumbull CT for two years. My first Apartment was infested with moles and every corner was moles growing. I moved to different apartment the condition got worst water damage , moles in every roon and in the master bedroom moles on the corner
