Good points: It´s attractive, bug-free, fairly quiet, there aren´t too many kids, management is half-decent, and parking is never a problem.

Do Not Live Here!!! I liked the apartment after the tour. It looked nice. However, it was far from the truth. Within days, the chinsy closet doors went off track. After many requests to fix them, they were still broke the day we moved out. Everything in the apartment is very cheap.
