I live in a second floor 1 bdrm. No noise problems other than rt. 83 (you get used to it after a month or two - much worse in the summer with windows open)... I've never really heard my downstairs neighbors. The gas station not even 100 feet away from my kitchen window is the worst part about this place. Constant beeping of gas pumps and attendants on the mic is enough to drive you nuts some nights. They'll charge you an arm and a leg to live there and won't even pay for your trash pick up (which is done in their dumpsters)

Apartment itself is clean and well maintained. Parking is OK. Close to everything you might need (stores, gas, malls, hartford).

I like this apartment but unfortunetly the've decided to raise my rent a whopping $50 a month. It's nice and everything, but not nearly nice enough to warrant a $800 rent charge with no utilities covered in my opinion.
