OK, but cold

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
So far everyone is nice as far as maintainance and office staff, problems have been corrected reasonably. But it is cold, and the windows and doors are drafty. It's not too noisy, and we're downstairs. No problems with bugs or rodents, just trying to stay warm.
