Since I have moved in here I have had nothing but problems. Its like they didn't even check anything before I moved in!! Management makes you feel like your the one who is an inconvenience when you don't want maintenance in your apartment while your at work. Lawn decorations consist of dog ---- and cigarette butts. The pond is great, you get to hear frogs and bugs all night (it is sooooo obnoxious). There is parking but not really enough, their solution is to park one car in front of your apartment and one "someshere else". Route 83 is so busy you can barely get in and out of the driveway. I would have to say the plus side to this apartment is the closet space and the size of the rooms. Plus, the apartments are right in the middle of everything. If you're looking for covenience this is your place, if you're looking for luxury, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Walls are thin, if I have nothing going in my apartment I can hear my neighbors talking. Appliances aren't up-to-date. Windows are VERY drafty. It costs so much to heat in the winter. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
