* Good change: assigned parking.

You always have a spot by the door.

This was not as much of a problem on the side of unit's 1-50, or that I know of.
* No change: The only crime I know of was some graffiti tagging behind dumpsters, across the street on the empty mini-mall by Thornton's, and on the concrete ground.

With all the dogs around, I haven't heard of anyone's apartment being robbed.

* Maintenance: the same staff this whole time! Quick response to any requests.

You know the season has changed when they are there to change filters/check AC.

In this nasty winter, they snow blow the sidewalks pretty consistently.
* ...but outside, I wish all the dog owners would pick up their dog's droppings.

The complex did put in pet waste bag stations last autumn-no excuse!
* Mac Gray.

It's nice having on site laundry facilities but the laundry card is a pain.

We moved in and it cost 1.62 and now it's almost 2.00.
* Five years later, we have been saving to own our first house.

The one thing we regret is we won't be so near the Hockanum River Linear Trail or being so near the Vernon Rail-to-Trail.

Renting isn't so fun but I don't count on finding a place with such peaceful scenery.
