I have lived here for close to two years. We originally moved in because Briar Knoll allows for dogs. Unfortunately, not all dog owners pick up after their dog like we do.
I think it is rather expensive to live here, rent is raised every year and nothing is included. The windows and doors are VERY drafty so you'll pay a lot for heat in the winter. I have never had to pay for trash pick up in other complexes I've lived in.
It just doesn't seem like you get a lot for what you pay to live here. Thankfully, we're moving soon!
