Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
rents go up every year without any improvements we do have a new sign at the complex entrance. you must shovel snow from your own steps and around your car. you must find a laundry mat to do your laundry because the laundry rooms are always broke and if they do work it is $1.62 per small load. pipes are plastic and break all the time. stay away from briar knoll
