You want a nice place to live, go look at the Mansions. I have lived here for 5 years and my rent has gone up each year although you PAY ALL UTILITIES. My place still has the oringinal stove (non-self cleaning) and dish washer from when these places were built about 15 years ago. I checked out the Mansions and if I could afford the additional rent money, I would be there in a heartbeat. Windows and doors are the worst, closet space is VERY SMALL even though their add says mucho space, dog crap everywhere, small washers and dryers (commercial units, yeah right!!!). I am a single Dad who pays support for my kids and can't afford to be moving every year so unfortunately I must live here for a while
