I agree with the other comments - this place is way to expensive for what they offer - which is absolutely nothing. Rent goes up every year for no reason. I've never lived in an apartment complex where I had to pay for water and trash pick up. The apartments are small for the cost. The parking is terrible. They should at least have one assigned parking spot per unit.

The place is safe - thats the only plus. I suppose it can be quiet depending on where your apartment is located. If you live near a dumpster or Thorntons, forget it.
