I've lived here for 2 years now...

1) Office staff is very friendly. Maintenace responds right away. I've never had a problem with either.

2) The people who live here are not friendly. They stay in their apts and don't come out. Don't expect anyone to say hi or respond when you do.

3) Each apt is supposed to park 1 car in front of their door...not park in others. Yeah right. I'm the only one in my section with 1 car & I end up walking far to my car every day. Everyone seems to park in the spot in front of my apt except for me. Can't we paint the apt numbers on the parking spot'!'!

4) Snow removal: major pain. My neighbors again suck and don't come out to move their vehicles b/c they have trucks. So they don't care if we have mounds of snow for weeks...pretty annoying. I dig out my car and the parking spot..come home later & a truck is in it.

5) The complex is very quiet...not much noise.

6) Very well landscaped. They just paved the whole complex as well as painting the buildings. They work hard to keep it looking nice.

7) Laundry is an adventure since it isn't in the same building. Also, pretty expensive...but better than driving off grounds to do laundry.

8) You do have to pay for EVERYTHING...which isn't fun when you have electricity, gas, trash, water, mandatory renters insurance, etc...it adds up.

Overall, I like it here which is why I haven't moved yet. The staff keeps things stress free...its the people who live here who suck...I recommend living here.
