I must say, that after 3 years of living here, I am very disappointed.
For what you pay for, this place has to be the WORST.
It's SUPER small, NOT washer and dryer in the unit, useless "kitchen", and the living room is about the size of a good master bathroom in a common house.
The neighbors are VERY rude, most of them have dogs the size of horses, and if you try to sleep, forget it, there is CONSTANTLY dogs barking into the night that will keep you awake.
There might as well be no posted speed limit signs here, because people FLY through during all hours of the day/night with NO regards to the speed bumps.
And, if your coming back at night, forget about trying to find this place, because the two entrances to this place are DARK.
There are NO lights for the entrances for this place at ALL.
Let's see, the parking lot is TERRIBLE.
If you have more than ONE car, forget trying to find additional parking.
It's like going to the mall during Christmas.
One time it got so bad that people were parking on the LAWN !!! Again, noise is another BIG concern.
If you happen to the the lucky one, and get a unit near the wonderful gas station that's 4 feet away, your in for a big treat.
Nothing like stepping outside for a nice breath of fresh air and lising to tanker trucks backing up, and people on the intercom saying "Pump 5 pay inside !!".
I would not recommend this place at ANYONE ! However, on the positive side, the maintenance staff are very nice and professional, and come very fast to resolve any problem you may have (clogged sink, etc.
etc.).

I agree with what this person states. People don't pick up after their dogs, the parking is terrible because for whatever reason, people cannot park their cars straight. Sometimes people parked in assigned spots as well. The lights to the entrance of the complex is terrible. You can barely see it. Too many kids screaming and no parents to watch them. People here are dirty, leaving their trash outside of the trash bin. Laundry rooms are dirty. Maintaince staff is very friendly though. They get things done quickly!

I disagree completely! Everyone has always picked up after their dogs, there is a $150 fine if you don't. I've never come across a dog mess while walking this past year. Everyone parks straight and are so friendly! It's easy to find- conveniently located at a stoplight so all you have to do is take a left right into the apartment complex. I have come across some great, well-behaved kids while living here and there parents are always watching/close behind. I've never seen any unattended kids playing outside at all, actually. There are multiple trash receptacles on the premises that everyone uses appropriately. The laundry rooms sometimes have someone's lost pillow case or sock, but they are kept clean. The maintenance and office staff is very helpful. I wish we'd been neighbors- everyone's outcomes and experiences are based on the attitudes they have. Every one of my neighbors is great!
