I have been living in Briar Knoll for some time now, and I have found nothing but good here. Prior to moving in, the office staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. On the day of move in, we were greeted in the apartment, and given a roll of toilet paper and paper towel as a move in helping hand.
Since we moved in, the only problem we had sas a little dishwasher trouble, that was fixed extremely quickly, the same day as reported.
For a one bedroom, these apartments are extremely spacious. There are closets galor, and a huge walk in closet in the bedroom. The kitchen is small, but very functional for a one bedroom apartment.
The windows are extremely large and let in an abundance of light! A little drafty in the cooler months, but nothing a heavy curtain can't solve.
The fact that Briar Knoll allows cats and dogs is a huge bonus. Finding rentable housing that allows both animals is a huge plus!!
The other tenants in the complex have not given us any trouble, other than a few playful kids on summer nights when the windows are open.
When we moved in everything was clean and functioning, and still is today.
Overall, I would recommend Briar Knoll to anyone.

Wait until they one of them hits your car or play inside of the laundry room. You can really only take so much. The apartment itself is really nice.
