We moved in june of 2004 and at first things were great. When we came to look at the apartment the apartment manager(leslie) seemed to be friendly and pleasant (leslie) was very friendly. After we moved in I brough to her attention various problems with the apartment including the shoddy paint job and dirty apartments. The lock did not work. The service took 3 weeks for the mangement to fix the problems. After a few months the Main Water Pump started making loud noises at various times of night. It took the management six months to fix the problem. The management tries to keep a portion of the deposit and tries to make money. The property manager is extremly rude once you sign the lease. The major problems with the apartment complex is:
1. The apartment complex is very noisy, the construction is very cheap and the walls are so so thin, that we can hear my neighbors sneeze, cough, talk and most especially use their TV's or radios.
2. The property manager is very rude.
3. The maintenance response is slow.

The positive things are:
1. Cheap rent
2. Apartment complex is in nice setting
