I love this complex and Leslie is such a sweetheart... I know someone else wrote that she is rude and work orders don't get done in a timely manner. But I think work orders get done in managible time frame. The rent is cheap and the heat is free. If I can hear a nice voice on the phone when I call for maintenace requests that makes me happy. As for noise this place is Disney there are animals outside it is pretty quiet and I like the staff. So come live here people you will like it tooo.....
