I agree, very poorly kept. I was there a couple years but moved out at the end my lease in 07.I found this site while looking for another place and we found some really nice places compared to this dump. At Countrywood, the dishwasher didnt work, the fridge was old and missing parts inside, kitchen drawers were falling off the tracks and just hanging there, the stove was an old beat up eyesore, the toilet would keep running all the time, both sinks leaked, cabinets were old and finish was bad, floors in kitchen and bath were old and worn. When I asked to get them fixed I was told it would be put on a work order but nothing got fixed. Woman in office said the maintenance man would take care of it but that never happend I just gave up on it. I used to see him outside driving around on his golf cart but he would look away when he saw me, he's just a lazy loser janitor that seems not to care about anything.

Looks ok from the outside but be sure to look inside, you can tell they dont fix things right or upgrade very often. It gets dumpy and dirty on the outside at times especially around the garbage bins, or should I say Garbage Piles! Snow removal' when they get around to it.

You can hear almost everything going on around you, a little too noisy and very cultural.
Rent is too high for what you have to put up with, NOT WORTH IT!

I ACTUALLY LIVE HERE NOW (7/28/09) AND I LOVE IT! GREAT PRICE AND COMFY APARTMENT. MAINTAINENCE COULD BE A LITTLE QUICKER BUT THAT'S THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I HAVE TO SAY.
