I stayed in this apartment complex for nearly 2 years now. Since I started living here, the management group kept on changing. The newest landlord is a bad guy. He told me that I didn't renew the lease for the second year so I have to either move out of the apartment or pay a month-to-month rent that's 20% more than the market rate. My lease was renewed with the old management group and if they didn't ask me to sign a new lease, why should I be responsible for that and pay more rent to the new guy before my lease actually ends' Very unpleasant experience and landlord is extremely rude: "Hey man, you gotta pay me $942 rent". Do not recommend this place, does not even have laundry facilities. There are better place to stay, do not consider the Fox Hill Commons.
