Here it is in all honesty.

We lived here for 2 years. We lived in a 2 bedroom townhouse. It is a good set up with a nice large master bedroom. The second bedroom is on the smaller side, but the rest of the place is pretty good size-wise. Having a basement was great for storage and a washer dryer so we did not have to lug the laundry anywhere. The windows are horrible and need to be replaced. The apartment is extremely drafty which is only slightly acceptable since heat and hot water is included. The basements leak, so you need to use caution with what you place down there. It is a great location, easy access to the highway and right across from Henry Park. Close to little convenience stores like 7-11 and several gas stations. Parking was never a problem although they really need to mention the "unwritten rule" when you move in about the space in front being reserved for each apartment. The dumpster area is nasty. I know it is a garbage area but it is embarassing how nasty it looks. The office is horrible. Promises are made and never kept. "Next week" is the answer you get to EVERYTHING and it means nothing since nothing is ever done. Make sure you get things in writing since they will never remember what they tell you. Maintenance is severely lacking and if they do come out to fix something, over a month after you request it, chances are they will have to come back since they will not fix it correctly. I am sorely dissappointed in this place which stinks since the potential is so there. It is really frustrating that they update some apartments with new screen doors and cupboards and carpeting and they do not do others and yet they expect everyone to pay the same rent. A bit unfair and totally stupid in my book. Do your research before you move in. I am not saying don't do it, just be very, VERY cautious.
