I lived at fox hill for a year, had the 2br townhouse, nice size, great to have a private basement, nice layout, veryyyy small second bedroom, very crappy cabinets, etc.

The issues started the day we moved in! for the first two months, we had sporadic, at best - heat and hot water...we went in excess of days at a time every week with no heat or hot water. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER!!!!!!

The people in the office change on a daily / weekly basis, and they never keep track of your complaints, or fix anything for that matter....went an entire year with a busted screen door with rusty screws sticking out everywhere, and no screen, went with a huge hole where the basement window was, they wouldnt replace or cover the window.....we had cardboard in it....stray cats kept getting in, not even joking!

the basement floods every time it rains, the washer drain is soo high you cant even get enough of an extension for the drain, to actually have the washing machine drain reach the damn pipe! the office told me to get cinder blocks.

the tub was falling into the floor, sinking on a weekly basis, when we moved out in october 2007, the tub was at a 30 degree angle from one side to the other...they promised to fix that! ha.

the carpeting actually had stains that would come up through the carpet every few weeks!!! they refused to clean it, or replace them.

hmm what else...

well the buildings are actually falling apart for instance. the grounds are completely filthy, garbage everywhere....avoid the dumpster area at all costs!!! its disgusting! aparently nobody got the memo that garbage goes in the dumpster, not around it!!!!

the unit next to me got brand new cabinets, new linoleum in the kitchen, new appliances, all refinished hardwood floors, all new bathroom, with new drywall....mine had a huge mold problem that wouldnt go away no matter what!!!

mine had peeling linoleum, doors that wouldnt shut, doors that wouldnt open, and other fun things

ironically, the unit next to me was rented for the same as mine! how wonderful!

Even though it is a nice size unit, with a nice private basement, and has a load of potential....


DONT MOVE HERE!!!! EVER!!!
